A Novel Globally Applicable Research Toolkit for Children with Lower Limb Loss - Prosthetic User Needs, Quality of Life, Pain and Physical Function
This toolkit was formed through an extensive evidence based process which is detailed in the protocol publication: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0310848

The toolkit covers four domains of childhood lower limb absence incorporating validated and novel tools to assess prosthetic design user needs, quality of life, pain, and physical function. It engages children, parents/guardians, and prosthetists providing interview guides for all 3. It can be used for research purposes or the short validated outcome measures may be appropriate for clinical application in longitudinal outcome tracking.

The tools are available in both English and Khmer for all ages 5-18years covering all major lower limb amputation levels.
