The SAKLAY is a service delivery framework that was created to offer a practical and systematic guide to Filipino occupational therapists who render AT services for persons with disabilities (PWD) that takes into account the client's needs, resources, abilities, and contexts.

This report zooms into technology in disability-inclusive education in the six Southeast Asian countries (Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Lao PDR, Cambodia, and Vietnam), focusing on key policies and legislations and the countries’ continuous efforts striving towards inclusive education through some practices that include skill-based training, online learning, and the potential of Assistive Technology in facilitating the lives of PWDs, especially in education.
